Adds the Aisley AI concierge to your site: answers visitor questions from your real site content, and always identifies itself as AI.

== Description ==

Aisley is an AI concierge for your website. Once enabled, a small chat widget appears on your public pages and answers visitor questions — about your products, services, and pages — using your real site content.

What makes Aisley careful by design:

* **Answers from your actual content.** Replies are grounded in the site content you make public — not in guesses.
* **Cannot invent prices or policies.** Replies that quote a price or assert a policy (returns, refunds, shipping) are checked server-side against the values you approved; anything else is blocked before the visitor sees it.
* **Always identifies as AI.** Every conversation carries a non-removable AI disclosure.
* **One-minute setup.** Install, paste your site key, tick Enable. Done.

This plugin is the WordPress integration for the hosted Aisley service. It stores your public site key and prints the standard Aisley embed tag on your public pages. You need an Aisley account and site key from [aisley.dev](https://aisley.dev) for the concierge to appear. The site key is public and origin-scoped: it only works on the web addresses you have allowed for it.

= Third-party service =

This plugin loads the Aisley widget from the Aisley service:

* Service: Aisley — https://aisley.dev
* Script loaded on your public pages: https://aisley.dev/v1/loader.js
* When a visitor uses the chat, their messages are sent to the Aisley service to generate a reply.

By using this plugin with a site key you agree to the Aisley terms and privacy policy available at [aisley.dev](https://aisley.dev). No data is sent anywhere until you enter a site key and enable the widget.

= WooCommerce =

If WooCommerce is active, Aisley currently reads your public site content (product pages included). Direct WooCommerce catalog sync is coming soon.

== Installation ==

1. Download the plugin zip from [aisley.dev/wordpress](https://aisley.dev/wordpress), then upload it in **Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin** (or upload the `aisley` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`).
2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen.
3. Go to **Settings → Aisley**, paste the site key from your [aisley.dev](https://aisley.dev) dashboard, and tick **Enable concierge**.
4. Visit your site — the concierge appears in the corner of your public pages.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Do I need an Aisley account? =

Yes. The plugin is free, but the concierge itself is a hosted service. Get a site key at [aisley.dev](https://aisley.dev).

= Is the site key secret? =

No — it is a public key (it starts with `pk_test_` or `pk_live_`). Aisley keys are origin-scoped: a key only activates on the web addresses allowed for it, so it is safe to appear in your page source.

= Will it slow my site down? =

The embed is one small async script tag printed in the footer. It loads after your page and never blocks rendering. If the Aisley service is unreachable, nothing renders and your page is untouched.

= What happens when I uninstall? =

Deleting the plugin removes all of its stored settings. Nothing else on your site is changed.
